Each item on the website has a delivery timescale listed but if you require an item to be delivered sooner, or by a specific date, please call +44 (0)20 7430 2070 or email info@sophieharley.com and we will do our best to fulfil your requirements. 

Please note that some 18ct gold or bespoke jewellery may take up to 6 weeks for delivery.

SHIPPING CHARGES:

UK (excluding Northern Ireland): FREE for orders over £150. £10 shipping fee applies for orders under £150.

Via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Your parcel should arrive on the next working day after the dispatch date. This is an insured and traceable service and a signature will be required on delivery of your parcel. If your order is urgent, please email info@sophieharley.com, as next day delivery is often possible. 

Northern Ireland: FREE shipping for orders over £500. £20 shipping fee applies for orders under £500. 

Via DHL. Your parcel should arrive on the next working day after the dispatch date.

Europe: FREE shipping for orders over £500. £35 shipping fee applies for orders under £500. 

PLEASE NOTE: From January 1st 2021, the following changes were applied to goods shipped from the UK to countries within the EU:

• We are no longer required to collect VAT on orders purchased for delivery to the EU.
• Prior to delivery, recipients are required to pay the rate of VAT set within their country. Recipients are also responsible for paying any additional handling fees on orders shipped from the UK to the EU.
• Via courier (DHL/DPD/UPS). Your parcel should arrive within 3 working days from the dispatch date (subject to customs clearance). This is an insured and traceable service. A signature will be required on delivery of your parcel and you may be required to supply ID for customs clearance purposes such as your tax code or social security number. Any Customs import duty charges or brokerage fees assessed by customs will be the responsibility of the recipient. Please be aware that these charges are not already included in the transit shipping costs. 

UK VAT will not be charged on items shipped outside the UK.

Worldwide: FREE shipping for orders over £500. £45 shipping fee applies for orders under £500. 

Via courier (UPS). Your parcel should arrive within 3 working days from the dispatch date (subject to customs clearance if outside the EU). This is an insured and traceable service. A signature will be required on delivery of your parcel and you may be required to supply ID for customs clearance purposes such as your tax code or social security number. Any Customs or import duty charges assessed by customs will be the responsibility of the recipient. Please be aware that these charges are not already included in the transit shipping costs.
