This mouthwatering bespoke ring is steeped in love, memory, and time… These are not just pieces of jewellery but a continuation of a life story – lovingly remodelled from original pieces that Sophie’s client purchased more than 25 years ago.
At its heart sits a juicy 3 carat heart shaped Aquamarine, sparkling with soft blue depth, set in Sophie’s signature finely beaded setting which exaggerate the stones beauty even further. Inspired by Sophie’s triple band engagement ring, the central band is a gently hammered 3mm band while the top and bottom pebble bands ripple with organic texture, echoing nature’s imperfect beauty.
Between the bands, brilliant cut white diamonds are delicately sprinkled to act as spacers, catching the light with every movement. Interwoven among them are deeply sentimental stones, including a vibrant heart shaped Emerald and Diamond that were in previous pieces—each one carrying its own chapter of this clients story. From every angle, this ring shimmers with soul, and decades of emotional history.

As time passes and personal style evolves, your jewellery can evolve with you… Ultimately the true value doesn’t lie in whether a piece is a ring, a necklace, or a bracelet—but in the stones, the metals, and the memories they hold. These are tiny, precious worlds that Sophie reshapes into something new for you to wear, cherish, and admire.
Alongside the ring, Sophie also recreated a necklace and earrings, again using this lovely client’s heart shaped Aquamarines and Diamonds from the earlier pieces which Sophie had created—all in 18ct yellow gold. Worn together or individually, their joy and sparkle is brought to life by movement: the gentle sway of the triple drop earrings, or the glinting diamond drop dancing beneath the mouthwatering 5-carat Aquamarine heart on the necklace.
These pieces were a special trip down memory lane, for both Sophie and her client, and a true pleasure to remodel. More than a redesign, they represent a celebration of life, history, love and craftmanship. Reminders that jewels are not only valued in materials, but in the memories they carry and the stories they continue to tell for years to come.
